The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful. Late at night I needed some medicine and Inderjeet went out of his way to get it and didn’t even take the payment for it . Also today when checking out I had left something of mine in the room. Sukhvinder got the items sent, once again he did not ask to be paid for this service . The staff makes you feel welcome and go out of their way to help … thank you Inderjeet and Sukhvinder

This was the 3rd time I stayed at Ramada. I prefer this hotel for good location and good service. This time I had a pleasant surprise during checking in, when they upgraded my room.

Best property in Jamshedpur till now. Comfortable and big rooms along with all the necessary items. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Easy check in and check out. No disturbance. Truly professional

Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel was convenient. Staff was polite, efficient and helpful. The chef at Jampot restaurant deserves special mention. We ordered continental food and it was very good.
