The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful. Late at night I needed some medicine and Inderjeet went out of his way to get it and didn’t even take the payment for it . Also today when checking out I had left something of mine in the room. Sukhvinder got the items sent, once again he did not ask to be paid for this service . The staff makes you feel welcome and go out of their way to help … thank you Inderjeet and Sukhvinder

Bed was good, room is good

I got an upgrade to Club room. Thanks to Hotel Ramada. I stayed for two nights. It was a spacious room with decent decoration, nice furniture, comfortable bed. The toilet was with bath tub and all essentials. Tea maker was available in the room. Locker, laundry bags, sleepers were available. A comfortable sofa and a desk with a chair were available. The restaurant food was excellent. We tried variety of food, all were tasty. The staff behaviour was very good. Room service was prompt. The complimentary breakfast was among the best I have seen in Jamshedpur. Security and safety measures, specially related to Covid, implemented by the hotel, was highly appreciable. The hotel had ample space for parking. The location of the hotel was excellent. There was no traffic in front of the hotel. There was a petrol pump just in front of the hotel.
